Noblesse Oblige

The National Honor Society (NHS) membership has been the true mark of student achievement for over 100 years, but it goes far beyond a report card. By empowering, championing, and recognizing well-rounded students, NHS provides schools with a values-based framework to elevate a culture of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

NHS chapters operate in all 50 states and many schools around the world, engaging and serving more than 1.4 million students.

Liam Grega

Hello everyone. I am very glad to be welcomed into the MET NHS community and even more excited to be a part of the Executive Board this year. I moved to Panama last year from the U.S and I love playing soccer and baseball. My favorite things include going to the beach, skiing, and spending time with friends and family. My dream is to make it to space someday.

Hello everyone! I am beyond excited to be the secretary for NHS! I am originally from Brazil but lived in Switzerland for 6 years before coming to Panama. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, traveling and spending time with friends and family. I cannot wait to work together with the rest of the executive board!

Hi everyone. I am a sophomore at the MET and this year, I have the great honor of being the treasurer of the national honor society. I truly believe in the potential of every member of this association and can't wait to achieve incredible things together. I look forward to this great opportunity and am more than happy to put in all my time and effort into our amazing team.

Communications Director

Alastair Forrest

I am incredibly excited to be the Communication Director for NHS! Born in Los Angeles, I have lived in Panama for the last 16 years. Outside of school, I enjoy reading books, listening to music, playing games, and spending time with others! I am beyond excited and honored to work beside my fellow executive board as the Communication Director to shape, empower, endorse, and aid students and NHS members in strengthening both our school and local community!
